My two teenage daughters and I enjoyed a spacious room complete with a cozy couch and all the modern conveniences—air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. The hosts, Mary and Derry, were genuinely lovely; they treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One standout aspect was the breakfast, which was fresh and varied—perfect fuel for our adventure hiking nearby. The location is also fantastic, just a short drive to the bustle of Cork City—ideal for getting a taste of both the countryside and urban vibes. With free parking and Wi-Fi, all the essentials were covered, making our stay both hassle-free and enjoyable. I’d be delighted to return to this charming B&B, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a blend of comfort and local warmth.
